Turbo came to us in late 2005 as a puppy. The rescue organization didn't believe they could find him a home because of his high energy, prey drive, and the possibility that with a novice he could become a monster. Turbo had a zest for life and needed someone that would give him a job so that he had a direction for his excessive energy. At the time Turbo became available I happened to be looking for a K9 that I could train for Search and Rescue. Within a very short time, it became obvious that Turbo was destined to find lost or missing persons. He loved life and all of his human and canine family and friends. Turbo's life was cut short due to a rare illness, and he is greatly missed by his family and his devoted friends in Southeast K9 Search and Rescue, Inc.
